Student Manager Updates

Select the appropriate download files/instructions for your Student Manager version.

Student Manager 9.0 Updates ​

Run the Check for Updates tool to check for and apply Student Manager 9.0 updates.

Student Manager 8.0 Updates (Legacy Version) ​

Download files and instructions for those running the legacy Student Manager 8.0:

Updated DLLS ​

If you are updating Student Manager from version 8.0.125 or older (i.e. builds released prior to October 2023):

  • wwDotNetBridge.zip - contains dlls and other files that must be updated when moving from 8.0.125 or older versions.

Download the appropriate .zip file:

Optional tools and utilities that extend Student Manager functionality. Unless noted, extract the zip contents into your Student Manager data directory.

  • 7za.zip - backup utility files.
  • MailKit.zip - mail client library used by Student Manager's email routines.
  • Mapping.zip - files for the Report Mapping option.
  • NewCat.zip - email template samples using the new coding style (for Email Module users).
  • NewZip.zip - Zip code updates. After downloading, run the Zip Code Update tool to apply.
  • NewSpellCheck.zip - updated spell checker dictionary file.
  • Twilio.zip - files required to use the Twilio SMS text messaging service.
  • wwDotNetBridge.zip - DLL files required for Student Manager 8.0.126 and later.
  • XFRXLIB.zip - files required for PDF Writer functionality.
  • ZipRadius.zip - files for the Zip Radius option.
