Adding a Faculty Record

  1. To add a Faculty record:
  • Select File > New > Instructor
  • Select Module > Faculty > Add Instructor
  • Use the Alt+I shortcut
  • If you have the Instructors Explorer open, click the Add button
  1. Enter the appropriate information (e.g. name, address, etc.).
  2. Click the Save Changes button to save the new record.

Create Faculty from Name record

You may also create a Faculty record from a Name record:

  1. Open the Name record.
  2. Click the Make Instructor button, or press the ALT+Y shortcut.
  3. A new faculty record opens with then information from the Name record (i.e. first name, last name, address, etc.).
  4. Click the Save Changes button to save the new faculty record.
