Course Specific Registration Labels ​

You can set labels for Registration UDFs on a course by course basis from the course record's UDFs tab by entering the labels into the appropriate field in the Registration User Defined Labels for this Course section:

  • If values are entered, they will be used as the Registration UDF labels for this course.
  • If no value is entered in a label field, the default Register UDFs labels will be used. E.g. in the above example, Hotel, Level, and Meal Preference are used for the character type fields 1-3 because they are set on the course record.

Validated Fields ​

WARNING

Please note, validated fields cannot be set up on the course specific labels. If you want to validate field contents, it must be set up at the main UDF field.

The drop down list will include all validated entries set up for that field. It will not be filtered based on the course.
