FlexDesk Hosting Services
With FlexDesk, ACEware hosts Student Manager and ACEweb for you, allowing you to access your Student Manager database securely over SSL from anywhere with an internet connection. Your institution doesn't need to provide or maintain its own servers.

How It Works
- ACEware gives you a server address (e.g. yourschool.aceware.com) and a username.
- You connect with Remote Desktop (RDP) through ACEware's RD Gateway (gateway.aceware.com), encrypted over SSL.
- Duo sends a push notification to your mobile device for multi-factor approval before the connection opens.
- Student Manager runs on the hosted server; your screen shows that remote session.

Email Options
You can send email from Student Manager and ACEweb in either of these ways:
- Amazon SES, set up by ACEware.
- Your organization's own email system, if your IT team allows it.

Payment Service
ACEware works with you to set up an interface to your Payment Service.
Data Integrations
ACEware can work with you on importing data, if needed. This is a fee-based option; contact your ACEware technician for pricing.
ACEware can also build custom REST API integrations to connect Student Manager with other systems you use (e.g. a CRM such as HubSpot). Contact your ACEware technician to discuss your integration needs.
