YEARANDQUARTER
Returns the year and quarter for a specified date (e.g. "2026 Q3").

Required Parameters
- Date type field or function (e.g. course.cobegdate, date()). If left blank/empty, returns a blank value.
Optional Parameters
- Shift value - enter 7 to base the quarter on a fiscal year that starts in July instead of the calendar year. Any other value (or leaving it blank) uses standard calendar year quarters (Jan-Mar=Q1, Apr-Jun=Q2, Jul-Sep=Q3, Oct-Dec=Q4).

YEARANDQUARTER(ctod("02/15/2026"), 7) returns "2025 Q3" - using a fiscal year that starts in July, February 2026 falls in the 3rd quarter of the fiscal year that began July 2025
