Past Term Registration Checking

ACEweb has the ability to prevent a student from registering in a course that they have previously taken.

Enable Past Term Reg Checking

Set the StopMultiReg INI setting to ON in the ACEweb.ini.

How it works

The catalog code (cocatcode) is the field that is “checked” against for previous registrations:

So if enabled, a student will not be able to enroll in a course that has a matching catalog code from their past courses taken:
