This function opens a screen after the report runs that allows the user to select specific records and identify a specific destination. The specific records selected is based on the courses in the report. So the query selection is done with your query builder you choose to use within the reporting area.
To use this function, you must have the dbxtract.app file in your Student Manger folder. Contract your ACEware technician if you need a copy.
