Printing a Roster ​

Roster for a Single Course ​

  1. Open the Course record.
  2. Click the Quick Reports button.
  3. Check the Name Roster box window.
  4. If you also want to include the waitlisted registrations on the Roster, check the Show waitlists (Roster) box.
  5. Select Default or Additional report option.
  6. Click the OK button.
  7. If you selected the Additional report option in step 5, select the report you want to run from the Select Additional Report listing.
  8. The Roster report now opens for you to view/print.

Want to print an Attendance Roster too? Use the same instructions, except in step 3 also check the Attendance Roster box.

Rosters for a Series of Courses ​

  1. Select Reports > Registrations > Rosters > Name Roster.
  2. Select the appropriate options on the Report Options screen (e.g. show waitlisted registrations).
  3. Select Default or Additional report option.
  4. Click the OK button.
  5. Select the appropriate query and enter the requested values (e.g. Courses Between Two Dates and enter date range).
  6. If you selected the Additional report option in step 3, select the report you want to run from the Select Additional Report listing.
  7. The Roster report now opens for you to view/print.

Want to print Attendance Rosters too? Use the same instructions, except in step 1 select Reports > Registrations > Rosters > Attendance Roster.
