Viewing Individual's Contact History ​

To view a list of all contacts you have had with an individual:

  1. Open the individual’s record.
  2. If you opened a Name record, select the Comments/History tab.  The CRM Contact History window is below the Special Needs and Contact History fields.  If you opened a Faculty record, select the Other tab.

The Contact History window lists every contact you’ve logged including type of contact, date, user who created the log entry, and the subject of the contact.  If you have an access level of 5 or above, you can edit the Contact entries.
