Send SMS to Person

To send a text message to a person:

1. Open their name record.
2. *Double-click the Cell Phone field to open the SMS screen.
3. Enter a subject and message. The subject will be used for the CRM record subject.

4. Click the Send button.

*The Opt In box on the Name record must also be checked to send SMS messages to the person.
