Catalog Records

Clean up Catalog records with this tool.

IMPORTANT

Wwe strongly recommend making a backup before running this tool.

To run the tool:

1. Select Tools > Data Cleanup > Catalog Codes.
2. If you only want to view workshops with no catalog codes assigned, check the Show Only Workshops with NO Codes box.
3. Select the appropriate record in the list to make a change.  To select more than one, press and hold the CTRL key while clicking the records.
4. Make the appropriate change:

• If changing the title, enter the new title in the New Title field.  Then click the Replace button.
• If assigning a catalog code, select the code from the list, then click the Replace button.

The changes will be applied to all selected records.
