Record Attendance Information ​

You can record attendance information for all registrants, or a single registrants.

All Registrants ​

To record attendance for all registrants in a course:

  1. Open the course record.
  2. Click the Record Attendance button to open the Record Attendance screen.
  3. You will initially see all attendance records for all course sessions.  If you want to enter attendance information for only one session, click the Show records only for this date option then select the date from the drop down.
  4. You can also fill in the default session hours by clicking the Fill in Defaults button.
  5. You can now record attendance information, i.e. edit hours (if necessary), select an attendance code, and enter grade.
  6. When you're finished, click the OK button to save your changes and close the screen.

Single Registrant ​

To record attendance for a single registration:

  1. Open the individual's registration record.
  2. Click the Record Attendance button.
  3. You will initially see attendance records for all course sessions.  If you want to enter attendance information for only one session, click the Show records only for this date option then select the date from the drop down.
  4. You can also fill in the default session hours by clicking the Fill in Defaults button.
  5. You can now record attendance information, i.e. edit hours (if necessary), select an attendance code, and enter grade.
  6. When you're finished, click the OK button to save your changes and close the screen.

Custom Attendance Record ​

You can add attendance records for a custom date from the course or registration.

Custom Record from Course

  1. Open the course record.
  2. Click the Record Attendance button to open the Record Attendance screen.
  3. Click the Add Custom Date button or press the Alt+9 shortcut.
  4. Check the box next to the appropriate student(s) then click the Done button.
  5. Enter the Attendance Date then click the OK button.
  6. The record is added to the list.

Custom Record from Registration

  1. Open the individual's registration record.
  2. Click the Record Attendance button.
  3. Click the Add Custom Date button or press the Alt+9 shortcut.
  4. Enter the Attendance Date then click the OK button.
  5. The record is added to the list.
