Enforce restrictions on email entries for new Name records submitted via Express Registration templates. The setting accepts 2 parameters:

:REQ:[domain extensions]- only domains with the specified extensions will be accepted. Domain extensions are entered as a comma-separated list. E.g. :REQ:.com,.org,.edu,.net

:BAN:[domains] - email addresses with domains listed will be rejected. Domains are entered as a comma-separated list, e.g. :BAN:bogus.com,hack.com
