Returns formal format of day with "th", "nd", or "rd".

Example(s)

DATETH(cobegdate) returns formal format of course begin date (i.e. 17th)

DATETH(DATE()) returns formal format of current date (i.e. 2nd)

Notes

Use on certificate reports where formal day is required.
