Set to On to enable confirmation emails being sent from within the PayServicePosting routine.

Pay services such as Authorize.net, CashNet, Official Payments, PayFlowLink, SallieMae, and VRelay can be set to return payment results directly to ACEweb via a silent background post (set in the payment service manager settings).

Enabling this option will ensure that email notifications will be sent to the student and office staff, regardless of whether the user clicks the button on the Pay Service screen to return to ACEweb.

Note: they will get the email but will not see the ACEweb confirmation page unless they return to ACEweb after making the payment)
