Email Link to Pay Group BalanceBalance

Send an email with a link to Pay Outstanding Balances for a group on ACEweb with the Email Link to Pay Group Balance button on the Register screen. When you click the button, an email is sent to the person:

• This option uses the LINK2PAYOUT email template to generate the email message.
• A preview of the message will show before it is sent.
• An entry is logged to CRM when sending the link to Pay Outstanding.
• For ACEweb support, you must Assign a Proxy to all the registrants in the group.
• The email will be sent to the Proxy person.
• When the user clicks the link and logs into their account, the Payment Status page opens and only shows the registrations in the group. All registrations will be checked by default.
