Log Entry when Printing Marked Labels ​

You can log a CRM entry when printing marked labels using the contents of the Print Label Info field as the subject of the contact, or you can enter the subject of the contact yourself.  To do so:

  1. Select Reports > Demographics > Mailing Labels.
  2. On the Mailing Labels Report Options screen, check Print Marked Labels and Record CRM Entry.
  3. After you print the report, you’ll be asked if you want to record the Print Label information as the subject of the CRM entry.

If you click the YES button, the system automatically logs the entry with the contents of the Print Label Info field entered as the Subject.

If you click the NO button, the Log CRM Entry screen will open for you to enter the subject yourself.
