System Information

To find out the number of records you have in each database, when the last update occurred in each database, or computer/user information, select Help > About Student Manager.  This opens the System Information screen.

This screen tells you how many records you have created in each table.  In addition, it also shows you the date of your last upgrade, the current user’s access levels, the current path/directory and the Optional modules you are using (with the Show Optional Modules button).
