Email Instructor When Min is Met

If you have the Email Instructor(s) When Course Min is Met option enabled on Faculty Preferences, when the course minimum has been met, Student Manager and ACEweb will send an email to the Instructor(s):

The instructor will also get an email if the enrollment falls below the course minimum:

Notes:

• The met minimum email is generated from the MINMET2TCH email template.
• The fallen below minimum email is generated from the MINNOT2TCH email template.
• A CRM record is also generated for the Instructor.
• An email will also be sent to the email address(es) listed in the Always Send a Copy to this address field in Email Settings.
