Determines how Supplemental Data Capture pages appear on ACEweb.

• On=Enable the Supplemental Data Capture section on the Enrollment Cart page. Registrants will fill out the supplemental data before they save the course to the Cart or proceed to Checkout.

• Off=Enable a separate Supplemental Data Capture page that comes up after the registrant chooses an Add option on the Enrollment Cart page (e.g. Save to Cart or Proceed to Checkout).
