Determines how Supplemental Data Capture pages appear on ACEweb.

Set to 'On' to enable the Supplemental Data Capture section on the Enrollment Cart page. Registrants will fill out the supplemental data before they save the course to the Cart or proceed to Checkout.

Set to 'Off' to enable a separate Supplemental Data Capture page that comes up after the registrant chooses an Add option on the Enrollment Cart page (e.g. Save to Cart or Proceed to Checkout).
