Add Student Link

Associate a faculty record with a name record by clicking the Add Student Link button.

You can create a new name record for the instructor and link to it, or you can link to an existing name record.

• Make New Student Record - creates a new name record with the faculty information (i.e. name, address, email, phones).
• Link to Existing Student Record - will bring up the Name search to find the existing record you want to link to. Select the appropriate name record to create a link to it.

Once you link to a name record, the button name changes to See Student Record:

Click the button to see the associated name record.
