Name Comments/History Tab ​

Add comments about the individual, such as contact information, special needs, and contact log, on the Comments/History tab.

Mouse over field for Field Name. Go to the Data Structure page to see more information.

Names Comments Tab

The Comments tab offers three fields in which comments can be entered:

  • Comments - comments about individual.  These comments will pop up when someone accesses the record IF you enter an exclamation point (!) as the first character of the field.

  • Special Needs - any special needs of the individual.  If the Special Needs Popup preference is enabled (on Name Preferences), comments placed in this field will pop up on the screen whenever someone accesses the record.

  • Contact History - log of contacts with individual.

CRM Log ​

The individual's CRM records are also displayed on this screen.
