Email address of the person who should receive Suspicious Request Notices.

If the email address is prefaced with the HALT: parameter, the system will abort any request that originates from an unauthorized URL, e.g. the registration process is stopped. You should only use this option when recommended by your ACEware technician.

If empty, Suspicious Request notices will be sent to the AdminEmail INI address. If that is empty too, notices will be sent to the OfficeEmail INI address.
