Event Type Courses ​
Allow registrants to reserve multiple seats in an Event.
No data is requested/recorded about the other registrants. You are merely purchases a set amount of seats/tickets in the event. If you must have data about the other registrants, you will want to register each person in the course instead.
To set up the Event type course:
- Set the course type to Event.
- Save the course record.
Student Manager Registrations ​
When registering in Student Manager, you enter the number of seats:
In the above example the Ticket Fee ($5.00) is multiplied by the number entered (10) for the total amount ($50.00).
ACEweb Registrations ​
When registrants add the course to their Cart, the Number of Seats field is available for them to enter the number of seats they want to reserve:
