Registration Screen

The Registration screen consists of 2 tabs:

• Main - fields for main registration information such as course, fees, grade, etc.
• Additional Info - register user defined fields.

Mouse over field for Field Name. Go to the Data Structure page to see more information.

Confirmation Type

Confirmation was printed or emailed:

• E=confirmation was emailed.
• P=confirmation was printed.

TIP

If printing, you must check the Stamp Reg Confirmed Date on the Registration Receipt preferences to record if a confirmation was printed. The system will write the P to the Confirmation type field and stamp the Confirmation Date.

If emailing, the Confirmation Date field is not stamped when emailing confirmations unless you have the Auto Stamp today's date in rgconfirm field? box checked in the Email Settings. It will just write the E to the Confirmation type field.

Registration Who Paid

Values for the Who Paid field are:

• P=Person
• F=Firm
• O=Other (a 3rd party paid)

Get Web Certificate

Values for the Get Web Certificate field are:

• 0=No
• 1=Yes
• 2=Yes/Stamp Cert Date
