Logging Mailings ​

You may log an entry in CRM when you print mailing labels for mass mailings.  The system will create a log entry for everyone in the report.  To log a mailing:

  1. Select Reports > Demographics > Mailing Labels.
  2. Check Record CRM Entry on the Mailing Labels Report Options screen.
  3. Select your other report criteria and run your report (i.e. select your other report options, run your query, select the appropriate report, etc.).
  4. After the report prints, the Log CRM Entry screen opens to log the mailing.  The M (mailing) type will be automatically entered for you.
  5. Press the TAB key to move to the Subject of Contact field and enter the mailing sent in the Subject of Contact field (e.g. Brochure mailed, 2nd invoice sent, etc.).
  6. Click the Log It button to log the entry.
