Pocket Ledger Screen

Access Pocket Ledger from the Module > Pocket Ledger menu or the Pocket Ledger button on the course record.

Mouse over field for Field Name. Go to Data Structures Pocket Ledger records and Cost Center Codes to see more field information.

Some of the available fetures of the Pocket Ledger screen:

• View a list of Cost Center Entries with the List CC Entries button.

The Cost Center Summary window shows the total registration income for the cost center and all Pocket Ledger records created for the cost center.

• View a list ALL new Cost Centers records (those created on the current date) with the List New Entries button.

The Ledger Entries window shows the cost center details for all Pocket Ledger records created on the current date.
