CRM Reports

CRM module reports are run from the following areas:

• Reports > Demographics > CRM Info - run CRM reports for Names.
• Reports > Faculty > Faculty CRM - run CRM reports for Faculty members.

Note:  after selecting your query, you'll be asked if you want to include only one record per person or show all entries for a person.  Select the appropriate option.

• Yes - the report will include information for the first CRM entry only.  This is most useful for reports where you only want one record per person in the group, e.g. for printing mailing labels, statistical reporting, etc.
• No - the report will include information for all CRM entries which match your query (i.e.  if you run a query for all CRM entries created for the year 2015, only those entries will be displayed).
