ACEweb Access Levels ​

You can determine staff members' access to administrative routines with the ACEweb Access Level on the Password Maintenance screen.

Staff members can perform the following tasks at the specified access level:

Notes

  • Staff access to enroll students via the Staff Web Access page is determined by the ACEweb Access level AND the MgrWebLevel INI setting.
  • Staff access to the Instructor Access page is determined by the ACEweb Access level AND the AdminLevel INI setting. Staff are given Super Instructor access when logging into the Instructor Access page.
  • Staff will need to be at least a level 4 in ACEweb Access level to enter Grades and *Track Attendance via Instructor Access.

*Requires the optional Attendance Tracking module.
