Instructor Pay Record ​

You can post instructor pay records from the course Instructor tab with the Post to Ledger button.

You can also post a record with Benefits amount (percentage paid for Income taxes, FICA, etc.) to Pocket Ledger when you click the Post to Ledger button. See the Faculty Preferences for more information.

Note:  instructor pay records are not updated once you post them.  If you edit the instructor pay record after posting it to the Ledger, you must also apply your changes to the Ledger record.  Also, if you remove an instructor from a course, the Ledger record is not automatically deleted. You must open the Cost Center and delete the record yourself.
