Instructor Pay Record ​
You can post instructor pay records from the course Instructor tab with the Post to Ledger button.
You can also post a record with Benefits amount (percentage paid for Income taxes, FICA, etc.) to Pocket Ledger when you click the Post to Ledger button. See the Faculty Preferences for more information.
Note: Â instructor pay records are not updated once you post them. Â If you edit the instructor pay record after posting it to the Ledger, you must also apply your changes to the Ledger record. Â Also, if you remove an instructor from a course, the Ledger record is not automatically deleted. You must open the Cost Center and delete the record yourself.
