Entering Default Registration Field Values ​

You can specify default values that will be entered into particular registration fields when the registration record is created.  To enter default values:

  1. Go to the ACEweb Administration page and click the Set Registration Defaults link.
  2. Enter the Student Manager user name and password.  Note: the Student Manager user must have an access level high enough to perform ACEweb tasks.
  3. On the Default Field Values page, enter the field name, field type (i.e. c-character, n-numeric, d-date, or l-logical), and default value in the appropriate fields:

  1. Click the Update button to add the field.

Deleting a Field ​

To delete a field from the Default Value list:

  1. Enter the field name.
  2. Leave the Type and Value fields blank.

  1. Click the Update button.
  2. Click the Clear Unused Entries link.
