Entering Default Registration Field Values ​
You can specify default values that will be entered into particular registration fields when the registration record is created. Â To enter default values:
- Go to the ACEweb Administration page and click the Set Registration Defaults link.
- Enter the Student Manager user name and password. Â Note: the Student Manager user must have an access level high enough to perform ACEweb tasks.
- On the Default Field Values page, enter the field name, field type (i.e. c-character, n-numeric, d-date, or l-logical), and default value in the appropriate fields:
- Click the Update button to add the field.
Deleting a Field ​
To delete a field from the Default Value list:
- Enter the field name.
- Leave the Type and Value fields blank.
- Click the Update button.
- Click the Clear Unused Entries link.
