Importing Data

Student Manager provides several options to import records into the database.

• Course Import Wizard - import course records into Student Manager.
• Name Import Wizard - import name records (e.g. from Mailing lists) into Student Manager.
• Registration Import Wizard - import registrations into Student Manager.
• Ed2Go Import - import registrations from your Ed2Go Partner Portal into Student Manager.
• ProTrain Import - import registrations from your ProTrain Partner Portal into Student Manager.
• Speed Registration - import names using the Name Import Wizard and enroll them in a course.
• CONVERTW - for specialized importing of database information.

Custom Import Tools

Student Manager offers the custom data import tools. Contact your ACEware technician for more information.

• Cardscan Import - import name records.
• Scantron Import - import interview forms and progress reports.
