Student Manager Modules

These modules are included with the purchase of Student Manager.

  • Courses - information related to the programs you offer such as type (e.g. open, online, membership, donation, etc.), department, account number, location, dates and times, fees, instructors, etc. The
  • Names - information related to the individuals involved in your programs. Maintain their personal data, register them in courses, keep a contact log, etc.
  • Register - information related to student registrations.
  • Pay - information related to payments made to registrations including type (e.g. billings, cash, check and credit card payments). who paid, etc.
  • Report System - an integrated system with 85 report categories, and over 290 ready-to-run reports. You can run existing reports, create new ones, or modify existing reports to suit your needs.
  • Course Budgets - build course budgets.
  • Catalog Builder - create course descriptions, assign course descriptions to sections of the course, and view descriptions when registering students.
  • Faculty Manager - track instructors, addresses, pay, and performance.
  • Financial Aid - track Financial Aid disbursements.
  • Pocket Ledger - track expenses/income for specific courses (called cost centers) and generate profit/loss reports.
  • Workshops - set up courses/conferences with break out sessions.
  • Web Interface - publish your program offerings on the World Wide Web, giving your clients the ability to register in them anytime of the day or night.
