Document Uploads ​
The optional Document Uploads module allows you to set up required files to be uploaded for the registrant before the user can proceed to Checkout.
For example, users must upload a Medical Release form before they can continue:
Installation ​
The Document Uploads module requires additional files for ACEweb. Please contact your ACEware technician for installation files/instructions.
Student Manager Setup ​
The module uses a custom data capture template. You will need to add the file name to the Data Capture Page field on the course ACEweb Info tab for on all courses that will require the document upload.
Enrolling in Course ​
When the users adds the course to the Cart, they will not be able to check the verify box until they upload a document.
They click the Upload link to upload the document.
After uploading the document, they click the Return to Enrollment Cart link.
They can now check the verify box.
When they proceed to checkout, ACEweb saves the verify acknowledgment to the Name UDF logical fields so the user will not need to upload the document the next time they enroll in a course.
