503 Service Unavailable ​
These are the most common reasons for this error:
- The IIS web server is busy (i.e. running maintenance routines or requests have exceeded maximum allowed). This is usually a temporary issue.
- The IIS web server has crashed. If you still get the 503 error after a few minutes, you must go to the web server and reset IIS.
- The West Wind WebConnection application pool is not running. To start the application pool:
- Open the IIS Manager.
- Click the Applications Pools option in the Connections pane.
- Click the West Wind WebConnection application pool in the list.
- Click the Start option in the Actions pane.
