Course Reminders ​

You can set up course reminder notes for staff on the course Comments tab.

Enable the feature by checking the Date Reminder box on Course Preferences. This will add the Remind Who? and When? fields to the Course Comments tab.

Select the staff member from the drop down list and add the date to the When? field.

When the staff member logs in onthe date entered, the Reminder notice will pop up for them:

To clear the note, staff can change the N in the Clear column to Y.

Additional Reminders ​

Add additional course reminders with the Additional Reminder button.

  1. Set the staff member to remind in the Remind Who? field.

  2. Set the date when it should remind the staff member in the When? field.

  3. Enter the reminder message in the Message field.

  4. Click the + button to add the reminder.

If the user has the Date Reminder preference enabled, the system reports reminders during start up for the user.
