Can't Find a Course or Name Record ​

If you are using the Quick Launch screen, the Look Up Course and Look Up Name options only return Active records.

If the Active box has been unchecked on the course or name record, you will need to look up the record using the Main Toolbar icons (binocular icons under the Main Menu).

You can also use look up records from the Module menu, e.g. Module > Names > Look Up Name or Module > Courses > Find Course.

If the record has been deleted from the database, it cannot be found--it must be recreated.
