Name Records Not Showing on Reports ​
There are a few reasons why a Name record is not showing on a report even though it should.
Broken Firm Link ​
If your Name record is not showing on some reports such as a Name Roster, then it may have a broken Firm link. To fix this, you must reset the firm:
- Open the Name record.
- Click into the Firm field.
- Tab out of the Firm field.
- If the Firm is not found, the Search window will come up for you to select a Firm.
- Save the Name record.
Print Repeated Values is Off ​
Another reason names may not be displayed on a report is that the Print Repeated Values option has been turned Off on the Name field's Print When properties. To turn this on:
- Open the report in modify mode.
- Double-click on the name field to open the Report Expression window.
- Click the Print When button.
- On the Print When window, select Yes in the Print Repeated Values section.
- Click the OK button to close the Print When window.
- Click the OK button to close the Report Expression window.
- Save the changes to the report.
