Users Don't See Record Updates Made by Other Users ​
Some users report that they are not seeing record updates made by other users (e.g. a new registration for a person, a payment made) until the user signs out of Student Manager then back in again. This can happen for customer who use a hosted system and access the system via Remote Desktop.
To resolve the issue, edit the config.fpw file in the Student Manager folder, using a text editor such as Notepad, and set the tmpfiles setting to use the user's temp folder:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
