Email Attachments are not Sent with the Registration Confirmation ​

Check the Attachment (E-Mail Receipt) field on the course's Additional Info (UDFs) tab to make certain that the file name has been correctly entered. Also check that the file exists in the specified location.

Email Administrators can remove attachment before sending the email to the users' Inbox. Or, they can delete any emails that have attachments. In these cases, the user does not receive anything.

ACEweb does not have the power to override email server settings.
