Network Login window opens when you try an ACEweb page
The most common reason for this is something has changed in the web site permissions.
- Check the Application Pool Identity to see if it is still set to the correct account.
- Verify the Identity password. Note if the password has been changed, you will also need to update the Application Pool Identity and/or DCOM Identity credentials, then reset IIS.
- Verify that the IIS Internet User account has the appropriate permissions.
- Verify that the ACEweb User Account has the appropriate permissions.
- If this happens after an ACEweb upgrade, verify that the update zip is unblocked (right-click the file, choose Properties, click the Unblock button or check the Unblock box if they are showing, then click the OK button). If it was blocked, you will need to re-apply the update after unblocking the zip.
