Can't Find My Report ​

If you can't find a report you have run in the past,

  • Try the Search Reports for Keyword tool.
  • If you still can't find the report, check to see if it has been deactivated by your Student Manager administrator.
  • If the report you need was marked for deletion (VFP users only), contact your ACEware Technician for help with undeleting it.

SQL users: reports are permanently deleted when you delete them.

  • If the report you need was permanently deleted, you must recreate it by modifying an existing report, editing it, and saving it as a new report.

VFP users: you may be able to restore the deleted report from a backup zip. Contact your ACEware Technician for help for more information.
